- 1½ cup butter
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 500g cream cheese, softened
- Sweet Nothings Xylitol to taste
- Place butter and chocolate in a small pan and melt over low heat. When just melted blend in the vanilla extract and Sweet Nothings Xylitol.
- Place cream cheese in a bowl, add in mixture and mix with hand blender until consistent.
- Pour into greased pan (approx. 200mm x 150mm) and freeze.
- Once firm cut into squares.
- Keep in freezer.
