Cream Cheese Fudge

Ingredients

 

  • 1½ cup butter
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • Sweet Nothings Xylitol to taste

 

Directions

 

  • Place butter and chocolate in a small pan and melt over low heat. When just melted blend in the vanilla extract and Sweet Nothings Xylitol.
  • Place cream cheese in a bowl, add in mixture and mix with hand blender until consistent.
  • Pour into greased pan (approx. 200mm x 150mm) and freeze.
  • Once firm cut into squares.
  • Keep in freezer.
