Cream Cheese Fudge


  • 1½ cup butter
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • Sweet Nothings Xylitol to taste


  1. Place butter and chocolate in a small pan and melt over low heat. When just melted blend in the vanilla extract and Sweet Nothings Xylitol.
  2. Place cream cheese in a bowl, add in mixture and mix with hand blender until consistent.
  3. Pour into greased pan (approx. 200mm x 150mm) and freeze.
  4. Once firm cut into squares.
  5. Keep in freezer.
